By accessing our website at twssh.io or using the TWSSH library, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services or software.
If you are using TWSSH on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will receive a reminder email before renewal. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account or by contacting support.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new license purchases. If you are not satisfied with TWSSH, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals.

TWSSH and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Terminalworks Ltd. Your license grants you specific usage rights but does not transfer ownership. You may not:
TWSSH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERMINALWORKS LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF TWSSH.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terminalworks Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rijeka, Croatia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
